How long does shipping take within North America?

Do Java Bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a comprehensive assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Are Java Bikes covered by a warranty?
Yes, every Java Bike purchased through our official North American store comes with a 5-year limited warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components.
Do you offer financing options?

How do I find the right frame size for me?
