At Java Bike North America, we stand behind the quality of our performance bicycles and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unassembled condition. We are committed to ensuring you find the perfect ride and will assist you through every step of the return or exchange process.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Bicycle

  Carefully disassemble the bike and pack it securely in its original factory packaging, ensuring all protective padding and components are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our North American facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchanged model within 5 to 7 business days.
